I am a huge fan and follower of Brene Brown and her work around shame and human connection.
This quote, in particular, resonates with me when I think of the value of connecting within the Live Alive community. Carving out time to come together and channel our energy without judgement toward seeing and being seen, giving and receiving and collaboratively navigating plans to move each of us collectively forward is true human connection.
